"Our Chamber utilizes a Texting Service which has proven to be most effective since members are more apt to use their cell phones to read texts these days. We send out messages for events, newsletter links, surveys, and a lot of other communications. With texting, we have found a higher response and open ratio. Their texting service is simple, easy, and very cost effective to reach our members and teams. I highly recommend it!

I have not experienced any issues with the system. Nizar has spent time training me on how to use their easy online services to manage my data base lists, messages, etc. I use the easy system myself and if ever I need assistance, Nizar and his team are only a call/email away. I also have not received any complaints from our members. In fact, they praise the texting method for delivery. We find that when we send email blasts, we experience 33% of our members open the messages. When we text, we find that we reach nearly 70%. That is huge in getting the word out.

I run a Chamber of Commerce and that is big for us since getting news out about our events is our bread and butter.
